Convert a bank statement to Excel or CSV
Typing a statement into a spreadsheet takes an afternoon. Tablify reads the transaction table in a bank or card statement and gives you one row per line: date, description, amounts and balance, as the statement shows them. Then you can sort, filter, total and import them.
It works on statements downloaded as PDF, on scanned paper statements, and on photos or screenshots.
How it works
- Upload the statement. A statement of several pages is read page by page and joined into one table, with the repeated header kept once.
- Check the table. Cells the reader was not sure about are highlighted. Click a cell to correct it.
- Download .xlsx or .csv.
Your file is not stored. A statement is private, so nothing is kept on our side: the file is read in memory to extract the table and is not saved. It is sent to an AI model only to read the table. You do not need an account or to enter your bank details.
Always compare the closing balance in the sheet with the one on the statement before you rely on the numbers. The highlighted cells show where to look first.
FAQ
Which banks does it work with?
It reads the table on the page, so it does not depend on a list of banks. A clear statement with a visible transaction table gives the best result.
Can it read a scanned or photographed statement?
Yes. Pages are read as images, so paper scans and photos work. A sharp, straight picture helps.
Is my statement kept?
No. It is read in memory and not stored on our side.
