Tablify

Convert an invoice or receipt table to Excel

Copying line items from invoices into a spreadsheet is slow and easy to get wrong. Tablify reads the table on an invoice or receipt, with its items, quantities, prices and amounts, and gives you a spreadsheet with one row per line.

It works on invoices saved as PDF, on paper invoices that were scanned, and on photos or screenshots of an invoice or a receipt.

How it works

  1. Upload the invoice or receipt. Several pages are read one after another and joined into one table.
  2. Check the table. Cells the reader was not sure about are highlighted. Click a cell to correct it, or add and delete rows.
  3. Download the result as .xlsx or .csv, then total, sort or merge it with your other sheets.

Your file is not stored. An invoice shows names, addresses and amounts, so nothing is kept on our side: the file is read in memory to extract the table. It is sent to an AI model only to read the table. You do not need an account.

Tablify reads the main table on each page. Check the totals against the printed total on the invoice before you use the numbers; the highlighted cells show where to look first.

FAQ

Does it read the items only, or the whole invoice?

It reads the main table on the page, which is normally the line items. Header details such as the supplier and the invoice number are not turned into columns.

Can I use a photo of a paper receipt?

Yes. A sharp, flat photo with the whole receipt in view works best.

Can I process many invoices?

Each file is read on its own and gives its own spreadsheet. Pages within one PDF are joined into a single table.
